I’ve tried so many vegan protein products over the past couple of years and none of them have tasted great , they have always had a bit of a synthetic taste to them . The Lava Vegan protein is amazing , it’s so versatile , I’ve had it with water , coconut milk , made pancakes , porridge , muffins , and you can still taste the vanilla . ❤️ I am obsessed with the Rise Up . I have it with hot water first thing in the morning , before I train , and it keeps me energised . Tastes Delicious too . I take the CBD oil before bed to help me relax and wind down .

Lava may be aimed at women, but even my boyfriend can’t get enough of it! As professional dancers with busy schedules, it is so important to get the nutrition we need. I really like the Lava protein powder blend - I find it tastier than other protein powders I’ve tried and like to have it in a smoothie with banana and peanut butter. I also love hat it has added probiotics and I can get gut health benefits whilst having my normal protein shake. The bag has lasted me a long time too!
